The Cheerful Bullpen is currently in the process of getting a full on premise license so we can sell hard liquor. We have an incredible micro brew selection that is available to go. From specialty beers to domestic beers we have 22oz and growlers are coming soon. Come down and check out our new location THE CHEERFUL BULLPEN, just across from PGE Park. We have a spacious outdoor patio for those of you to enjoy a cigarette. Hope to see you soon.

The Cheerful Bullpen and The Cheerful Tortoise is a family owned and operated company. We have two locations in the Portland metro area. Both of our locations have been downtown for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best Sports Bar experience ever. We have all sports packages. From NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL Sunday Ticket, Mega March Madness, ESPN Game Plan, Sentana, GOL TV. The Cheerful Tortoise has over 47 Flat TV's. The Cheerful Bullpen had over 15 Flat TV's.
