Paddy's features the largest spirit selection in the state. Hundreds of brands from around the world arrayed against a stunning, seven-tiered back bar, so high we need a ladder (and sometimes a map) to negotiate it.
Our back bar includes over one hundred single malt scotches, and dozens of fine cognacs and brandies.
